Exchanges and Returns Warranty
  1. The customer has the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us by email at: [email protected] or by an explicit statement to Manzetti-Scarman SRL Viale City Of Europe 833/835 00144 Roma (eg a letter sent by post or by mail). To this end you may use the withdrawal form below.
  3. To meet the deadline of withdrawal it is necessary for the customer to send a notice concerning the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
  4. If the customer terminates the contract he will be refunded all payments made on behalf of our company, without undue delay and in any case and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of the decision to terminate the contract.
  5. These refunds will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer at the time of purchase except for the payment in cash which will be refunded by bank transfer or as expressly agreed otherwise.
  6. The redemption may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the demonstration by the consumer of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
  7. The customer is required to send back the goods or hand them over to the Manzetti-Scarman SRL Viale City Of Europe 833/835 00144 Roma, without undue delay and in any event within 14 rounds from the day he announced his withdrawal.
  8. The direct cost of returning the goods will be charged to the customer.
  9. The customer is only responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Flawed or Wrong Items
  1. Incorrect Submissions: for sending product errors (the product sent is different from the one ordered, eg. In size), Manzetti-Scarman Srl will replace the product, if available, taking charge of postage for return and resubmission. In the event that the item is not available, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  2. Manzetti-Scarman SRL disclaims any responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration or a malfunction of the computer used by the customer, there might be a slight color difference between the products presented on the site and the original.
  3. Faulty products: the flawed product is to be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to timely notice (within 72 hours) to Manzetti-Scarman Srl through dedicated customer service number or email address: [email protected]. Manzetti-Scarman Srl will replace the product, if available, taking care of the items return and resending expenses. In the event that the item is not available, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
